Service Conditions
Escazu Lux-Estate assists you as your luxury real estate concierge / personal assistant, in hiring professional services
and purchasing goods for your traveling, lifestyle, relocation, property purchasing & management in Costa Rica.
Escazu Lux-Estate is not a party to the sales contract between you and suppliers.
Escazu Lux-Estate acts in good faith to assist in disputes, delays, or concerns, but ultimate responsibility lies with the supplier.
We accept a limited number of Members in order to provide a white-glove service.
Once qualified, you will receive a Whats-App number for texting your Concierge Requests from 8 AM to 4 PM, seven days a week.
Surges on our Concierge Fees Apply for off hours, weekends, holidays, last minute pressing requests & emergencies.
Service Request availability will be confirmed with price quote & Supplier Terms & Cancellation Conditions.
Service is Confirmed upon immediate complete prepayment of service to Escazu Lux-Estate.
